Compatibility
- Pinwall doesn't run on my device. Why?
Pinwall only runs on OS 4.5+ // Please check that information in Options » About. - Will Pinwall run on my BlackBerry Storm?
The Storm is not yet fully supported. You may install Pinwall but you may have some usability issues.
Connection
- Which connection mode should I choose?
There are 4 types of connection mode: BIS, BES, WIFI and TCP. Ask your local carrier for more information on your mobile connection plan. - I'm getting a "907 invalid cod" message. Why?
Either you don't have an active data service plan (BIS, BES) or you have to make a small tweak in your BlackBerry® smartphone browser (follow solution for cause 10).
Functionalities
- Can I block unwanted users?
Yes. Just right-click on the message of the sender and wheel-click BLOCK USER. - Where do I verify my account?
When registering you will receive an verification link. Click it. - I changed my BlackBerry(R) smartphone and now I have a new PIN. Now what?
Just download Pinwall to your new BlackBerry(R) smartphone and use the same email to register. Recovery instructions will be sent to your email address immediately. - I don't recieve any messages. Why?
Only two possibilities: your carrier data service is down, or Pinwall is on maintenance.
Privacy
- Is my PIN secure?
Yes. Nobody will ever see your PIN unless you add someone as a friend. - Is my personal information secure?
Yes. We will never share your personal and contact information with 3rd parties. Never.
